Using a continuous, connected circular breathing pattern — no pause between the inhale and the exhale — your physiology gently shifts, opening a doorway to non-ordinary states of consciousness. Rooted in the holotropic-like traditions pioneered by Stanislav Grof and Linda Star Wolf, this approach invites the body's own intelligence to lead the way.

Unlike talk therapy, which works through the mind, a breathwork journey goes directly into the body. Emotions, memories, and held tension that may have resisted words can find expression through breath — often in ways that feel profound, surprising, and deeply releasing.
